It’s time to reserve your boat slip for the 2021 boating season!

Grand Ballroom of the Hilton Garden Inn Riverfront in Sioux City
Enjoy light snacks and a cash bar. Those who pay in full by April 15 will receive a 10% discount on the annual slip fee. All marina slip owners and renters receive 10¢ off per gallon on fuel purchases made at the marina store.
Yearly Costs:
- Dock A – 40′ slip: $2,899
- Dock B – 30′ slip: $2,099
- Dock C – 24′ slip: $1,559
- Dock D – 20′ slip: $1,289
- Jet Ski: $450
Add-on Lift:
- Dock B – 30′ lift: $1,099
- Dock C – 24′ lift: $939
- Dock D – 20′ lift: $915
All slips are covered with water and electricity available.
